Fight! Fight!
One day and one post on my personal blog (see below) and ETA VTA has already stirred up some controversy. Thankfully it seems that everybody over at The Ojai Post has taken the post itself in stride and turned out to be really cool and I'm looking forward to reading more about Ojai and using them as a resource for this site of mine.
It also helps that some old Ojai townie (now living in Ventura, and oh so proud are we) freaked out and started calling everybody names taking the focus off of yours truly. One day in business and I helped start a brawl on a blog whose previous post was about the contradiction between a peace trinket being strung on a leather. We are off to one rip-roaring start.

Yes - for some reason toying with emotions and well-established blogs and groups seems to stir up some trouble every now and again.
I personally have been blogging since I was 12 (19 now) and just seeing what was said - in its very context - was shameless and rude. I understand you felt it was a joke. However, next time, choose your audience wisely.
Ryan, just read your blog, where you call your dad an asshole. Nice. You're 19: get a job, go to school and stop living with your parents. And stop being a pot calling the kettle black. Speaking of shameless and rude, what about calling your dad a douche, what's that?
The "old Ojai townie" is none other than Viking-horned Ojai & Ventura Voice columnist R. Ellis Smith. Classy contributions he made, complete with gerbil references.
